St. Thomas and areas only 100% Wood-Fired Pizzeria
We are a licensed dine-in pizzeria with an outdoor patio offering seasonally topped 100% wood-fired sourdough crust pizzas and craft beers.
Our pizzas are all crafted using sourdough and are baked in a 100% wood-fired oven - no gas or propane. It's a craft & a skill.
The menu is limited and changes depending on seasonality and availability of ingredients.
Our pizzas are crisp when they first come out of the 800F oven but soften as they sit. They are inspired by Neopolitan and Artisan style pizzas where they bake in 2-3 minutes and are characterized by a puffy outer rim with dark brown speckled spots (called leoparding). The menu is limited to reflect seasonality of ingredients but also to prevent overloading of toppings. If there are too many toppings, the pizzas become too heavy and do not bake properly. We do not offer "build your own pizzas".
We accept walk-in guests and take-out orders (when we are able). No reservations.
Frozen pizzas are available to purchase anytime during open hours. June 25- yes, we have frozen pizzas :)

Our licensed patio is open for the season (weather dependant). Wear a hat if it's sunny. Bring a sweater if it's chilly.
All pizzas are first ordered, first served. Your pizza order will be ready at the next available time slot - usually about 10-20 minutes but could be longer during peak dinner times.
