IFebElgin Harvest pizzas are crafted in the Neopolitan/Artisan style. The crust is thin on the bottom with a raised outer edge that frequently has dark brown blisters called "leoparding". The toppings are sparse but flavourful ; heavily topped pizzas will not bake properly at 750F. Although we do offer limited take-out, our pizzas are best consumed immediately in the dining room - not left steaming in a cardboard box. If you do require take-out, feel free to ask for it to be "left whole/uncut" - it makes it easier to reheat slightly and recrisp the crust. We offer one size of pizza and a limited menu to focus on quality & seasonality. All of our pizzas are prepared with a sourdough crust and baked in a 100% wood-fired oven - absolutely no gas or propane.
Our dining room is licensed and we keep the craft beer fridge stocked with a variety of high quality brews from Ontario. We also serve wine, cider, non-beer alcoholic beverages, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
Frozen pizzas can be purchased for take home convenience when available.
The menu changes frequently to reflect the availability and seasonality of ingredients. We do not offer "build your own pizzas".
