We are not currently offering take-out on Fridays.
We make great wood-fired pizza, have a great selection of Ontario craft beers, and have a licensed dining room (with seasonal patio).
If you're looking for somewhere that is: not a chain or franchise, is not filled with plastic, is not bombarded with ads/promotional material/tv screens, has pizza prepared with fresh toppings (not generic frozen or canned), and has friendly customer service staff - we might be what you're looking for. In an area with 16?17?18?! pizza places - we stand out, even if you didn't know we existed.
Elgin Harvest pizzas are crafted in the Neopolitan/Artisan style. The crust is thin on the bottom with a raised outer edge that frequently has dark brown blisters called "leoparding". The toppings are sparse but flavourful ; heavily topped pizzas will not bake properly at 750F. Our pizzas are best consumed immediately in the dining room - not left steaming in a cardboard box. All of our pizzas are prepared with a sourdough crust and baked in a 100% wood-fired oven - absolutely no gas or propane.
Our dining room is licensed and we keep the craft beer fridge stocked with a variety of high quality brews from Ontario. We also serve wine, cider, non-beer alcoholic beverages, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
Thursday, Dec. 7 - Flights & Bites - private ticketed event. Closed to the public.
Friday, Dec. 8 - 430-9pm
Saturday, Dec. 9 - 430-9pm

Mature Kitchen/pizza Assistant/ Serve / Jack or Jill of all trades who can do it all! F/T or P/T hours for the right person. Interest in seasonal artisan foods and craft beverages with Food Handler's & Smart Serve Certificates a must. Above average wage ($18-$22/hr) and shared tip pool.
Experienced Server with passion for artisan food, craft beverages, providing exceptional hospitality, and eagerness to learn. Must have an eye for detail, cleanliness, organization. Above average wage ($18-$22hr) and shared tip pool. F/T or P/T for the right person.
Dishwasher/food runner - suitable for student 16+ if available to start 4pm.
