Bake Days
Every other Tuesday I fire up a wood-burning oven to bake from-scratch items such as sourdough breads and pastries. Using as many local ingredients as possible - including freshly milled organic whole grain flours - I invite everyone to share in the love of good food.
Getting real sourdough bread is as simple as viewing the newsletter below and sending me an email listing the items you would like to reserve. When Bake Day arrives, you come visit me at the farm (on the West edge of St. Thomas; address listed in emailed newsletter) and pick up your goods. Easy-peasy.
